Inquiries & availability: An inquiry is not an order confirmation. Chef Lucy will review your request and provide a quote. A 50% deposit is required after approval to reserve your date; no payment is collected with this form.

Advance notice: Standard orders require at least 14 calendar days. Rush requests may be emailed separately and are not guaranteed.

Final payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery, as stated on your invoice.

Cancellation at least 14 days ahead: Your deposit may be used as a credit toward a new order placed within 90 days of cancellation, subject to availability and any nonrecoverable custom costs disclosed when booking.

Cancellation 7–13 days ahead: The deposit is generally forfeited; any unpaid balance is waived unless separately agreed for special-order expenses.

Cancellation fewer than 7 days ahead: Payments already made are generally nonrefundable because preparation and purchases may already be underway, subject to applicable law and the terms confirmed at booking.

Rescheduling: One complimentary date change may be requested at least 7 days ahead, subject to availability. Later changes and major design revisions are considered individually and may involve additional charges.

If we cannot fulfill a confirmed order: By Chef Lucy will refund all payments received for that order.

Pickup: Available by appointment in Rock Hill, South Carolina, at a confirmed location and time.

Delivery requests: We are happy to consider surrounding cities and destinations farther away. Delivery is subject to scheduling and availability; no location is automatically guaranteed.

Additional delivery charge: Delivery is not included in displayed product prices. The fee is calculated for each request based on distance, travel time, destination, and order size. Your delivery fee will be included in your personalized quote before you pay a deposit.

Submitting an inquiry does not confirm delivery or an order. If delivery is unavailable or the fee does not work for you, pickup in Rock Hill may be arranged instead.

Our desserts may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs before booking.

Vegan and gluten-free options may be available by request, but we cannot promise an allergen-free environment or guarantee against cross-contact. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.

When you submit an inquiry, we receive the contact, event, and order details you provide so we can respond, prepare a quote, and communicate about your request. Submissions are processed through Formspree and delivered to our business email.

We do not ask for payment-card details in this form. Please do not include sensitive payment information in your message. Information may also be processed by our website hosting and email providers as needed to operate these services.
